These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Myconian Aura and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorized third-party representatives (collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Myconian Aura”), website, located at mykonosvilla.rentals and myconianaura.com and any other Myconian Aura affiliated website (collectively referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Website”).
By accessing this Website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use the Website if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, the law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will not incur any cancellation fees.*
- If the reservation is made within 60 days prior to the arrival date and is subsequently canceled, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date will result in a full charge of the reservation.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
*Please note that the cancellation fee is calculated based on the total amount of the reservation.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our Website and the use of this Website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:
• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
• exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.
The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort and for breach of statutory duty.
As long as the Website and the information and services on the Website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
Pet Policy for Pet-Friendly Properties
• A maximum of one (1) pet is allowed per suite during the guest's stay.
• Pets must be always on a leash when in public and common areas of the Home or Villa.
• Guests must clean up after their pets and pets may not urinate or defecate anywhere on the property.
• Guests must provide a cell phone number for Guest Services to reach them in case of an emergency or for excessive noise from the pet.
• Guests are responsible for any repairs, replacement, or unusual cleaning due to damages caused by the pet during their stay.
• Guests must comply with local legislation and will be responsible for any adjustments or compensation due to noise complaints caused by the pet.
• Guests must authorize a representative from the Home or Villa to inspect the suite before checking out to ensure no damages by the pet.
• A cleaning fee of $300.00 + tax and/or repair charges will apply if a pet damages any area of the suite.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 plus tax will be applied to the total nightly stay.
• A valid credit card must remain on file.
